The Patuxent Commons waitlist was generated by random lottery in August and remains closed at this time. Patuxent Commons Management staff have been proceeding through the waitlist in order to match households to available units. They are currently working through all applications and will be reaching out to waitlist applicants in lottery order as additional units or opportunities become available. They expect the property will be fully leased by the end of the year. The waitlist will stay with the property, and households on the list will be contacted in order, as units onsite become available. Leasing staff will periodically contact those on the list to confirm if they want to remain on the waitlist or want to be removed – please be attentive to that outreach. You must respond affirmatively if you wish to remain on the waitlist; this allows us to maintain an up-to-date waitlist.
